Making more waves than Moana, Resorts World Cruises has announced its new luxury cruise ship itineraries in the Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman.
The cruise line’s premium ship, Resorts World One, will homeport in Dubai and embark on a series of luxurious voyages from 18 October 2024 to 13 April 2025.
The introduction of Resorts World One to the Gulfs is anticipated to significantly boost cruise tourism in the region, with the company expecting to make 75 calls and attracting approximately 150,000 passengers over its six-month period – underscoring the growing popularity of cruising in the Middle East.
Resorts World One promises an unparalleled travel experience, blending luxury and convenience to cater to diverse traveller needs. One of the standout features is its official OIC/Smiic Standard Halal-Friendly Cruise Ship certification. This ensures guests enjoy gourmet meals that align with their dietary and cultural preferences. Additionally, The Palace, a private all-suite enclave known as βthe ship inside the shipβ, offers an exclusive retreat for those seeking the pinnacle of luxury.
Its initial cruises will be roundtrips that depart from Dubai on:
- Fridays – two-night Sir Bani Yas Weekend Cruise
- Sundays – three-night Oman Cruise to Khasab and Muscat
- Wednesdays – two-night Doha Cruise
Passengers will be offered onboard experiences, including movie nights, foam and pyjama parties, live music and Bollywood DJs. Meanwhile, shore excursions will allow guests to explore the rich culture of Dubai, Muscat, Khasab and Sir Bani Yas Island with a balance of trips to historic and heritage landmarks with more modern shopping and retail therapy. But, guests probably wonβt want to leave the boat with a 24-hour butler service, sundeck, gym, and luxury experiences on board.
Guests can combine these itineraries to offer a flexible extended cruise for up to seven nights, making it an attractive option for both short getaways and longer vacations.
