We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to join our dynamic team at Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority as Manager – Destination Tourism Development, Nordics & Central East Europe.
In this role, you will:
· Plan and execute destination promotion events across the Nordics & Central East Europe.
· Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial alignment and compliance.
· Build strong relationships with local enterprises, hotels, MICE partners, and tour operators.
· Champion data accessibility and standardisation through SOP development.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
