Publication of Advertising and Editorial Contentย
By using our publication services for your job advertisements, you confirm you are a professional within the Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Industry.
Advertisements placed by individuals outside this industry may be removed without a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to publish submitted advertising as per the format and instructions provided by the customer. We may also republish advertising in our other publications at our discretion and without additional cost.
Job Advertisementย
By placing your job advertisement with Rihlat Travel News, you grant us permission to make any necessary changes to enhance candidate engagement. This may include adding images or creative writing within the job board and across all Rihlat Travel News electronic and social media platforms. All job advertisements must include the location, position type (Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Casual, Internship), closing date, and job description.
By uploading your job advertisement, you warrant that the position exists and is available within your organisation, and that the advertisement is accurate and complete. Job advertisements will remain live on Rihlat Travel News, websites for up to 14 days unless an additional package is purchased. Candidate applications will be accessible to you for 12 months. We are not responsible for communications between you and job applicants through our websites.
Applying for Jobsย
Job advertisements on our websites are posted by third parties, and we do not verify, endorse, or review their accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the job postings, and for all communications with the job provider. This includes ensuring any job application you submit is received by the job provider. Refer to detailed terms of use on the Jobs Listing page.

Your job advertisement may be posted across all Rihlat Travel News publication platforms, including social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Right to Refuse or Withdraw Advertisingย
These terms or any written or verbal quotation do not represent an offer to publish advertising. A binding contract is formed only when we accept the signed booking form or generate an invoice. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any advertising from publication at any time without providing reasons.
Right to Vary Format and Placementsย
We reserve the right to change the placement, format, or layout of advertising. We will endeavour to notify you of any such changes.
Submissions of Advertisingย
You warrant that the advertising does not breach or infringe any laws, including copyright, trademark, defamation, obscenity, contempt of court, anti-discrimination legislation, the Privacy Act, or any other applicable law. Additionally, you warrant that any advertising containing identifiable persons has their authority.
Online Advertising & eDMย
For online advertising campaigns, creative materials must be submitted at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled publication date. Failure to provide materials within this timeframe may result in the booking being cancelled and charged at the full rate.
Artwork must comply with our advertising specifications; non-compliant materials will incur an additional design fee. We measure online advertising performance (including impressions and clicks) through our ad-serving systems.
Personal information collected for advertising services may be disclosed to debt collection agencies for invoice recovery. We are not liable for any loss, damages, or liabilities arising from internet or telecommunications failures. Additional features, such as third-party advertisements, may be included at our discretion.

These terms or any written or verbal quotation do not represent an offer to publish editorial content. We reserve the right to set the tone of voice in headlines, copy, and images.

Amendment Feesย
Customers must promptly check proofs of advertising, editorials, and advertorials and notify us of any changes. Amendment fees apply after the second round of amendments.
Advertising Rates, Taxes, and Commissionย
Customers must pay for advertising according to our โServices Guideโ or written quotation. Advertising rates may change without notice. Rates include a 10% advertising agentโs commission unless specified otherwise.
Paymentย
Payment for job advertisements must be made by credit card at the time of order. Payment for other platforms will be invoiced with payment to be made by EFT. A 100% cancellation fee applies after submission of a signed booking form. New Rihlat Travel News customers must pay 50% in advance to secure campaign dates. Advertising is non-refundable once paid.
Failure to Payย
If a customer fails to pay for advertising, we may cancel advertising, require prepayment for further advertising, charge a late payment fee, or take legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
Liabilityย
The customer indemnifies us and our officers, employees, contractors, and agents against any costs, expenses, losses, or damages arising from our failure to publish advertising in accordance with the customerโs request.
Protection from Viruses
Rihlat Travel News FZ LLC administration undertakes extensive efforts to examine and test the contents of this website through all phases of production. We advise you to continuously operate anti-virus software on all material downloaded from the internet. We shall not be considered responsible for any loss or damage to your data or computer, which may take place while connecting with this site or using material from this site.
