dnata Travel has announced a significant 21% increase in average booking value for in-store services in 2024 compared to last year.

The company said the result was driven by a growing demand for complex, multi-destination itineraries with travellers preferring to walk-in services and seeking personalised expertise.

Multiple destinations

This summer, European multi-location trips combining train and self-drive travel were particularly popular, with France, Italy, and Switzerland being top destinations. Luxury travel bookings have also increased, with one notable example being a high-end French itinerary featuring private transport, guided tours, and exclusive experiences in Paris, Cannes, and Monaco.
