Creative Head

Eligible candidates must have prior work experience within Luxury retail & the Fashion sector.

Salary: AED 35,000 – 40,000.

Location: Dubai, UAE

JOB ROLE:

• Heading the Creative Team with regards to Graphic Design / Web Design / Art / Visualizer
• Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
• Ability to understand design and smart copy, and recognize fresh approaches to advertising
• Participate in the marketing process from start to finish
• Responsible for both developing and producing creative brand designs
• Oversee all marketing initiatives to ensure that images and messages appropriately contribute to brand identity
• Must be able to lead a team and and employees in brand development
• Manage multiple projects at anyone time and meet tight deadlines
• You will lead our creative team with guidance and ideas to bring our brands and mission to life.
• Portfolio in executing Human-Centric, experiential marketing campaigns
• Build Pitches for clients

SKILLS:

• BSc/BA in Advertising, Fine Arts, Design or any relevant field
• Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to deliver within priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with large scale branding projects
• Blend traditional advertising with experience driven activations (Physical and Digital)
