Job Overview:

An opportunity has arisen for a to join as a Manager – Digital Marketing and Social Media in Duabi Holding Entertainment. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Digital Performance Marketing

• Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement digital marketing strategies across the entire funnel, aligning with business objectives and driving performance.
• Campaign Management & Optimisation: Oversee end-to-end digital campaign execution, including briefing, reporting, debriefing, and continuous optimisation for improved results.
• Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage the digital marketing budget to ensure optimal use of resources and high return on investment.
• Team Leadership: Lead hiring, training, and development of the digital marketing team to foster growth and high performance.
• Compliance & Innovation: Ensure GDPR compliance in all digital activities and stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

Social Media Management

• Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of a robust social media strategy to build brand awareness and foster community engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Content Creation & Calendar Management: Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to curate engaging content and manage content calendars for consistency and impact.
• Community & Influencer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates while managing customer interactions and reputational risks.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships, contests, and branded collaborations.
• Monitoring & Optimisation: Track social media trends, monitor competitor activities, and analyse engagement data to refine strategy and identify opportunities for growth.

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or equivalent professional qualification.
• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven success in managing performance marketing and social media functions, driving measurable customer growth and engagement.
• Extensive experience working with multiple brands, ideally within ecommerce, travel & tourism, banking and other tech-driven industries.
• Strong background in data-driven marketing, leveraging insights for strategy development and optimisation.
• In-depth expertise in performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic Networks, Affiliate and Publisher platforms.
