The five-star airline is boosting its services to 16 destinations worldwide, making it simpler than ever to connect through its hub, Hamad International Airport in Doha.

Londoners, in particular, are in for a treat. The airline is rolling out its highest-ever frequency to Heathrow, with up to 10 daily flights. When you add British Airways’ double daily service, that’s a dozen chances every day to hop between the two cities!

Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer, Thierry Antinori, couldn’t be more excited about the growing demand, saying:

“Qatar Airways is consistently witnessing a steady rise in demand for our 5-star services to some of the most prominent destinations in the world, most notably for London, Dublin, Cape Town, and São Paulo. The latest increase in flight frequency is testament to our continual and unmatched enhancements of experiences for our passengers…”

More than a winter boost

Qatar Airways is the first airline in the world to fully equip and operate 50+ widebody aircraft with Starlink

Boosting winter flights is just the tip of the iceberg for Qatar Airways this year. 2025 has been an absolute landmark year of growth and innovation for the carrier:

First of all, the airline’s map is getting bigger and better. This year alone, Qatar Airways has celebrated the return of services to Canberra and strengthened its partnership with Virgin Australia, offering even more seamless travel Down Under. New routes have been launched, connecting Doha to exciting destinations across Europe and Africa, further cementing its role as a global connector.

Secondly, the fleet is more varied and modern than ever. Qatar Airways has welcomed brand-new, fuel-efficient Airbus A350-1000s and Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners this year. Onboard, the upgrades are unmissable. The rollout of high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi continues across the fleet, allowing you to stream and stay connected at 30,000 feet. From the nimble A320s for regional hops to the iconic A380s and the award-winning Qsuite on the 777s and A350s, there’s a perfect aircraft for every journey.

Then, there’s the luxurious hub experience at the spectacular Hamad International Airport (HIA), which is consistently voted the “Best Airport in the Middle East.” If you haven’t enjoyed the stunning indoor tropical garden, “The Orchard,” and recent upgrades to the Al Mourjan Business Lounge featuring new quiet zones and gourmet dining, then it’s time to book your flight over!

Qatar Airways is just going from strength to strength, upgrading the entire journey from the moment you book to the second you land. The only question left now is, where to next?
