UAE travel agents and tour operators – get ready to discover Qatar with VFS Global’s Tourism Services Unit and Visit Qatar as they launch the second edition of the ‘Qatar Incentive Programme’ for 2024.

This exclusive incentive programme will reward participating travel agents and tour operators from the UAE with a minimum three-night stay in Qatar for every package sold.

Until December 2024, travel agents can earn rewards while showcasing Qatar’s incredible blend of tradition and modern innovations to their clients.

Sharing that visitors from the GCC constituted 43% of all international arrivals to Qatar, with over 75, 000 travellers from UAE, Fadi Mouaqat, Senior Manager International Markets, Visit Qatar, said, “We believe this initiative will further encourage more travellers from the UAE to explore Qatar. We welcome visitors to experience Visit Qatar’s great line-up of events in the second half of the year, including the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2024.”

To be eligible for the programme, travel agents need to follow these steps:

1. Actively promote Qatar Holiday Packages
2. Sell packages with a minimum three-night stay
3. Ensure valid hotel reservations and flight bookings

To support travel agents and tour operators, VFS Global Tourism Services will offer relevant destination training and resources, helping them to effectively market and sell Qatar holiday packages through their networks.
