Digital Marketing Manager – Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA, you will play a critical role in leading the regional digital strategy to drive direct bookings, grow brand.com contribution, and elevate online visibility across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making, working closely with internal teams and digital partners to deliver impactful results.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the regional digital marketing strategy to support commercial goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage and optimize always-on digital campaigns, including PPC, display, paid social, and metasearch.
  • Lead planning and execution of digital campaigns for key seasonal and brand initiatives (e.g., Summer, Ramadan, Festive).
  • Ensure localized execution of campaigns across markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Oversee performance and content of the regional brand.com, focusing on user journey improvements and SEO.
  • Coordinate with hotel and brand content teams to maintain and enhance hotel landing pages.
  • Drive organic traffic growth through SEO strategies and on-site optimizations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversions, traffic sources, CPC, CPA, and bounce rates.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports and actionable insights to regional leadership.
  • Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with hotel commercial teams to align digital presence with brand standards and goals.
  • Manage relationships with global digital agencies, including performance tracking, deliverables, and budget oversight.
  • Ensure synergy between marketing, revenue management, and distribution strategies.
  • Contribute to content calendar planning and execution, promoting strong brand storytelling across platforms.
  • Oversee paid social strategy and execution in partnership with the social media team.
  • Drive digital engagement and member acquisition for the MyMillennium loyalty program.
  • Support personalized and targeted marketing initiatives across digital platforms to enhance customer retention.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
