We are a leading company in organizing high-profile exhibitions and conferences across the region. As we continue to grow and expand our presence, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across all platforms and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the company’s overall marketing strategy for exhibitions, conferences, and corporate branding.
• Oversee all marketing functions, including:
o Graphic Design
o Digital Content & Social Media
o Media & PR
o Photography & Videography
o Event Branding & Creative Production
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary in-house marketing team.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote events locally and internationally.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on data-driven insights.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors as needed.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, operations, and production to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in exhibitions, events, or entertainment sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, creative, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Hands-on experience in managing digital platforms, advertising, content creation, and media relations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
