LEADING HOSPITALITY OPERATOR

GCC EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

Food People have partnered with an expanding hospitality operator in Dubai in their search for a Marketing Manager. The role will be overseeing the A-Z of the department and leading both the team and external stakeholders. They require a strong marketing professional who can implement structure, SOP’S and has a strong understanding of current marketing trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strategic marketing plans and programs for the brands to achieve corporate objectives in terms of revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Constantly work on improving traffic and conversion rates through tactical promotions and strategic partnerships with agencies, suppliers and key media partners.
  • Prepare the annual budget and business plan for the marketing department in line with the company’s year-end targets.
  • Analyse marketing trends and market situations in the region in order to adjust strategy and tactics, as well as identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Manage the team to ensure financial targets are met, brand positioning is consistent and relationships with third parties are maximised.
  • Utilising digital marketing tools to understand and interpret data from marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver promotional calendars and plans across the business.
  • Create new and exciting content, bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Present reports and project feedback to senior leaders within the business.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related fields.
  • Experience in marketing communications, with a good knowledge of premium brand operations and management.
  • Strong drive for results.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and strong analytical skills.
  • GCC experience essential.
