Amadeus has launched its cutting-edge AI-powered technology to modernise hotel business intelligence. Aiming to revolutionise the industry’s data analytics capabilities, they have announced the integration of Gen AI into a chatbot within it’s existing business intelligence suite Agency360+.

Powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI, the solution is designed to help hoteliers make more informed decisions, enhance operational efficiency, and optimise revenue management. It can allow hotel managers in-depth and complex insights on things like verage daily rate (ADR), revenue pipeline, or room nights in a streamlined and easy to use process. These deeper insights extend into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics, driving growth and profitability through technology.

This partnership with Microsoft is not the only recent collaboration from Amadeus who announced earlier this month that they would be aligning with Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups. Integrating Amadeus’ advanced technology with Accor’s extensive hotel network aims to enhance guest experiences and operational performance.

Accor’s Chief Digital Officer, Alix Boulnois discussed what this collaboration means for them by saying, β€œOur ambition with this new distribution strategy is to transition from an in-house legacy system to a world-class, open system scalable across all regions, enabling future growth. By deepening our collaboration with Amadeus, we will leverage the advanced capabilities of the Amadeus Central Reservation System and equip our hotels and owners with a modern distribution management tool, offering a wider range of services, new revenue-generating capabilities and personalized guest experiences.”
