Six Senses’ 2026 resorts in Dubai and Saudi

Six Senses Hotels Resorts & Spas has announced a global portfolio expansion in 2026 including new properties in Milan, London, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai. In the UAE, Six Senses The Palm, Dubai will mark the brand’s regional debut in the Spring/Summer 2026. The LEED-certified 61-room resort and 172 branded residences will sit on a private stretch of Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent. The coral-inspired design reflects Dubai’s marine heritage, featuring shaded facades and panoramic views of the Gulf and skyline.
Meanwhile, in Saudi Arabia, Six Senses AMAALA at Triple Bay will open in the same period as part of the Vision 2030 mega project. The resort will include six suites, 64 rooms, 25 branded residences, and 30 villas, designed to mirror traditional coastal villages and integrate with the region’s natural landscape.

The First Group expands portfolio with Marriott, Radisson, and IHG Hotel deals

The First Group Hospitality (TFGH) has added several landmark developments to its portfolio with agreements with the likes of Marriott International, Radisson RED, and IHG Hotels & Resorts. Under the deal, Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio will rebrand The First Collection Marina and The First Collection Waterfront, while the Autograph Collection will manage Hotel Local Dubai in Jumeirah Village. Each will feature upscale, design-led interiors and enhanced guest technology.
In Ras Al Khaimah, Radisson RED Marjan Island will open in 2027 with 261 rooms, offering a bold, youth-oriented design and beachfront leisure facilities. Meanwhile, IHG’s Holiday Inn Dubai Village Circle, featuring 349 rooms near Al Maktoum International Airport, will cater to business and transit travellers with accessible pricing and modern amenities.

- Prestige One Developments have signed an agreement with Hilton to develop the first standalone Hilton-branded waterfront residences in the Middle East and Africa.
