Rotana Hotels & Resorts has appointed Sahiti Gaddam as Corporate Vice President of Sales, aligning with its expansion plans to add 30 new properties to its current 76 hotels by 2026. With more than two decades of experience in the Middle Eastβs hospitality sector, Gaddam will oversee sales development and strategic initiatives. Previously, she held senior roles at Valor Hospitality, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Burj Al Arab and Taj Hotel Group.
SalamAir welcomes new CEO
SalamAir has appointed Adrian Hamilton-Manns as its new CEO. Hamilton-Manns, an aviation industry veteran with more than 28 years of executive management experience, has previously worked with South African Airways, FlyArystan, and Virgin Australia. His extensive background includes 14 years in the low-cost airline sector and over eight years as a CEO. SalamAir anticipates that his expertise and commitment to excellence will drive innovation and growth for the airline.

Grand Mercure Dubai City and Ibis Styles Dubai Airport has appointed Ahmed Abdraboh as their new Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing across both properties, where he will be responsible for building sales and marketing strategies, directing, and establishing sales activities to reinforce the cluster’s position. Previously, Abdraboh worked with Fairmont Dubai, Ajman, Furjairah, Rixos Hotel and Kempinski Hotels in the UAE, and Hilton in Egypt.
