Equinox Hotels too set up home in NEOM’s Magna
Equinox Resort Treyam is now on the books for one of Magna’s twelve destinations on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba. Postiioned as an architectural marvel spanning a 450-meter-long bridge-like structure and floating 40m above a lagoon, the property will feature spacious guest rooms and suites, a 450m long pool, world-class culinary concepts, a Club House, a spa offering longevity and treatments that supporting health and performance, as well as a signature Equinox Fitness Club.
5th Anniversary for Le MΓ©ridien Dubai
Le MΓ©ridien Dubai is celebrating its 45th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in its history. As one of the first five-star hotels in Dubai, opening in 1979, the hotel has been a landmark known for its luxury accommodations and exceptional service. First phase of AED1 billion Marabella Resort Hotel sold out in eight Hours
Eight hours is all it took for the beachfront development on Europe Island to sell out. The Marbella Resort Hotel from Kleindienst Group, is the first phase in The Heart of Europe development located on the World Islands in Dubai. The launch event attracted 2,000 visitors from across Europe, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India. The rapid sellout underscores the project’s appeal and investor confidence in Dubai’s luxury real estate market particularly with the investment guaranteeing 8.33% ROI per year for 12 years.
Seven Radisson Hotels for Turkey
Aiming to expand its presence in Turkey, Radisson Hotel Group has announced seven hotels comprising of a combination of new openings and signings. This strategic growth aligns with Turkey’s tourism boom and Radisson’s commitment to open 100 new hotels by 2030. The new hotels will enhance Radisson’s footprint in the region, in key cities offering a mix of upscale and midscale options.

Jeddah gains a Millenium Hotel marking ninth in the region
Offering luxury accommodation, Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA has expanded its offerings in Saudi Arabia with its latest hotel in Jeddah. The Millennium Al Masar Jeddah spans eight floors, has 252 accommodations across a variety of room types and three dining and beverage options. Catering to business and leisure travellers the hotel has nine function rooms, complimentary wi-fi, and an events team alongside its health club and outdoor swimming pool.
Four Points by Sheraton leads charge in sustainability efforts
Despite its urban location, the two Four Points by Sheraton locations in Dubai (Sheikh Zayed and Bur Dubai) have made significant strides in sustainability. Both locations have introduced practices to reduce carbon emissions, waste, and energy consumption. Four Points Sheikh Zayed has reduced C02 emissions by 60tns since 2023 by introducing an innovative food digester to eliminate food waste. Meanwhile Four Points Bur Dubai has introduced community initiatives like clutter-free meetings, donation drives, and eco-friendly transportation.
New Trump Tower announced in Dubai
International real estate developer Dar Global has announced its third collaboration with the Trump Organization to develop a new Trump Tower in Dubai. The project will feature luxury residences and hotel accommodations, combining opulence with the signature Trump brand. Strategically located, this development aims to attract high-end clientele seeking exclusive living and hospitality experiences. The new tower design which should be released by Q4 2024 is set to enhance Dubai’s skyline and contribute to the city’s reputation as a hub for luxury real estate and tourism.
