The official grand opening of One&Only One Za’abeel Hotel turned Dubai into a playground of luxury and indulgence with the first ever exclusive collaboration between Jennifer Lopez and DJ Mark Ronson. Hightlights also included dining experiences curated by the resort’s Michelin-star chefs, as well as pampering sessions by Clinique, La Prairie and Charlotte Tilbury.

The three-day weekend event in February marked the dawn of a new era in hospitality against the backdrop of Dubai’s iconic skyline where a breathtaking and Guiness World Record Breaking 3D light projection was held. 

Since then, not only has the One&Only One Za’abeel been recognised in April by Travel + Leisure as one of the top 100 new hotels of the year across 39 countries and six continents. It has also officially achieved the Guinness World Record in March for the ‘Longest Cantilevered Building’ with its panoramic sky concourse, The Link.
