Travel agents, if your clients are looking for immersive experiences by organisations that are making a positive difference in the world, steer them towardsΒ Miral.

The organisation that can be attributed for much of Abu Dhabiβs engaging tourism destinations and activities (such as Ferrari World Yas Island, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and Saadiyat Island) is celebrating a major social impact milestone, with the implementation of 175 impactful initiatives over the last two years.
In a proud (rightfully so) announcement, Miral revealed its initiatives have engaged more than 3,000 community members while creating a positive impact on the world and the people in it.
Remember Miral Pink Run on Yas Island? That was one of Miralβs biggest achievements with more than 1,000 people hitting the pavement to raise awareness for breast cancer. Then thereβs the beach clean-up at Al Sadr Beach, where 250 volunteers collected 1,000kg of waste!
Miral also hosted Life of Pi charity screenings at Etihad Arena for orphans, senior citizens, and People of Determination, while also recruiting golf star Adam Scott to bring joy to children battling cancer at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City.

The list of good deeds doesnβt end there, Miral also hosted two events at Mamsha Al Saadiyat, the Miral Reading Experience, aimed at fostering a culture of reading through a variety of literary workshops and book donation drive, and the Funoon Bil Arabi event, held in celebration of Arabic Language Day, where more than 900 visitors were immersed in the beauty of Arabic language through workshops, live performances, storytelling, and film screenings.
Other initiatives included the Winged Horizons, a conservation educational programme to protect local birds of prey, training workshops for Miral employees to improve crisis management and emergency response, and successful blood drives in partnership with more than 200 participants contributed to collecting 94.5 litres of blood.
Taghrid Alsaeed, Executive Director of Marketing, Communications & Events at Miral said the organisation is proud of the progress is has made in its social responsibility commitment and expects more to come over the next 12 months.
βFrom empowering individuals with skill development programmes to championing health and wellness, we are committed to supporting the UAE’s vision for stronger, more connected communities,β Alsaeed said. βBy building strategic partnerships and addressing the needs of the community, our efforts offer meaningful opportunities that resonate with communities across Abu Dhabi and beyond.β
Miralβs social responsibility activities are guided by eight pillars including skill development and livelihood, education, social welfare, health and wellness, promotion of sports, arts, culture and tourism, environment, and animal welfare.
