NEOM and Zannier Hotels team up for luxury eco-resort

NEOM has teamed up with Zannier Hotels, a pioneer in bespoke hospitality, to create a luxurious eco-resort, Zannier Zardun, in Zardun, one of Magna’s destinations located in the Northwest of Saudi Arabia on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba.

This retreat, carefully crafted to blend with its surroundings, will offer unparralleled experience for discerning guests seeking authenticity and connection with nature’s beauty. Perched on a picturesque landscape that unfolds from mountains to sea, Zannier Zardun promises guests an unforgettable escape amidst clear waters and panoramic views.

Located within a meticulously restored semi-desert landscape within Zardun’s four square kilometre expanse teeming with indigenous flora and fauna, the resort boasts 100 rooms and suites across three distinctive signature buildings. Un arrival, a special undergound entrance welcomes guests before they are greeted by a panoramic 360-degree observation deck that opens to the septacularly raw beauty of Zardun.

Guests will be able to enjoy a diverse range of activities and experiences at the resort, including immersive educational programs on nature conservation and rewilding, as well as a host of outdoor adventures such as trekking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. Less physically active pursuits including stargazing, meditation, and yoga, will also be available – programs of which are designed to inspire transformation, connection with nature, and a deeper senseΒ ofΒ well-being.

In line with NEOM and Zannier Hotels’ commitment to environmental stewardship, the resort will also incorporate a a series of lush vibrant oases to help foster diverse ecosystems, promote biodiversity, and facilitate the reintroduction of indigenous species, including animals, trees, and plants.

Jeremy Lester, Executive Director of Magna, praised the partnership between NEOM and Zannier Hotels, saying it embodies their commitment to preserving the environment and heritage of Magna.
