Ultra by Private Luxury Events: Find out who’s speaking at Dubai’s invite-only event

Exclusive luxury travel event, Ultra by Private Luxury Events, is headed to Dubai with doors to the four-day conference opening later this month – and this year’s speakers have just been announced!

Atlantis The Royal, Dubai

The invite-only gathering will see a carefully selected group of industry professionals and leaders come together at the Atlantis The Royal to redefine and explore the future of luxury travel. Attendees will also get to experience firsthand the levels of luxury across the city of Dubai which was recognised as a top luxury destination last year.

Leading discussions throughout the event will be a host of esteemed industry visionaries such as Mary Gostelow, the Founder of Girlahead & Gostelow Report, and Kym Barter, General Manager and Senior Vice President of Atlantis The Royal, who will take part in the opening panel themed ‘The making of icons’ with Filip Boyen, Global Ambassador of Forbes Travel Guide, and MPS Puri the Founder of The P Factor.

Also bringing their knowledge to the event this year are Jenny Southan, the Editor, Founder and CEO of Globetrender, and Adam Sebba, CEO and Advisor of Luminaire, who will lead the closing panel themed ‘The art of authenticity’ with Dr. Naim Maadad, CEO and Founder of Gateshospitality, and Britnie Faith Turner, Founder and CEO, Aerial Group.

Christy Kuplic, the Managing Director of Private Luxury Events, described the line-up of speakers as an impressive group that bring a unique perspective to the discussion around luxury travel.

“These industry leaders are at the forefront of ultra luxury and will provide invaluable insights into the evolving landscape of experiential travel,” said Christy.

Among the themes being addressed later this month, will be:

Generational shift in wealth

The luxury travel landscape is evolving, according to MPS Puri, Founder of The P Factor, and with it is the influential consumer base.

While Baby Boomers still hold relevance, they are passing the torch of luxury travel to ‘Zelenials’ aka Millennials and Gen Z.

“This new generation, inheriting unprecedented wealth, values experiences over possessions and prioritises authenticity, purpose, and connection in their choices,” explained MPS. “At Ultra by Private Luxury Events, I look forward to exploring how we can create value-driven, memorable experiences that redefine luxury narrative for now and the future.”

Innovation within the sector

With the changing consumer base comes a need for innovation in product and delivery. This can cover anything from hotel properties pushing beyond the expectations of 5-star to increasing demand for private air travel.

Kym Barter, the General Manager and Senior Vice President of Operations at Atlantis said she plans to delve into the topic of innovation, using the extraordinary hotel as a key example.

“We strive to innovate and deliver extraordinary experiences at Atlantis The Royal that continue to resonate with the modern ultra-luxury traveller,” Kym said.

The luxury traveller of today is seeking more than just opulence in their holiday activities, they want experiences that “nourish their souls”. That is, according to Britnie Faith Turner, the Founder of Aerial Group, who said high-end holidaymakers are craving experiences that will rejuvenate their minds.

“We’re redefining the luxury wellness experience through our new signature retreat, HEAL, which combines transformative longevity treatments with a sanctuary for deep alignment of mind, body, and spirit,” she added.
