Global distribution system Sabre has released SabreMosaic™, a new platform designed to enable airlines to create, sell, and deliver products to travellers. Sabre have worked with the likes of American Airlines, Virgin Australia, Air Serbia, and Oman Air to understand the aviation industry’s unique needs before the launch.

SabreMosaic™ includes a suite of end-to-end tools that provide support from the offer stage to settlement and delivery. It leverages the power of Google’s AI and Cloud architecture to provide airlines with flexibility and modular technology through an API-based Offer and Order solution. This will allow airlines to provide more personalised experiences, appealing to the growing Gen Z and tech-savvy travellers.

In addition to this major product launch, Sabre announced key leadership appointments in the Middle East earlier in the year. In March 2024, Abdul-Razzaq Iyer was appointed Vice President of Operations and Strategy for EMEA, and Ramzi Al-Qassab was named Managing Director for the Middle East. These strategic leadership changes are aimed at driving Sabre’s regional expansion and enhancing its operational capabilities in the EMEA region. The appointments of Iyer and Al-Qassab highlight Sabre’s dedication to strengthening its presence and accelerating growth in these critical markets.
