Dubai is set to deliver more than 11,300 new hotel rooms by 2027, with 4,620 expected to open in 2025. The city currently has 724 hospitality establishments with 151,245 keys, and this figure is projected to rise to 162,600 rooms across 769 hotels. High-end accommodations dominate the market, with nearly 70% of new supply in the luxury and upper-upscale segments. The expansion supports Dubai’s tourism sector, which contributed AED236 billion ($64.2 billion) to the UAE’s economy in 2024.

Saudi Arabia plans to add 362,000 hotel rooms by 2030, driven by a $110 billion investment in its hospitality sector under Vision 2030. In 2024, international arrivals reached 30 million, with targets set at 70 million by 2030. Major global events like World Expo 2030 and FIFA World Cup 2034 are expected to boost tourism further. Revenue from hotel rooms hit $5.6 billion in 2024. The Future Hospitality Summit will spotlight investment opportunities in this sector.
