If you’re flying in Business or First, you can enjoy our airport lounges for free. Even if you’re flying in Economy, you can still use the lounge by paying a fee. If you’re an Etihad Guest member, you may also get free lounge access depending on your Tier Status and the Custom Benefits you choose. Log in to check your available benefits and make sure you select your Custom Benefits before you travel.

Lounges at Zayed International Airport

Located between Piers C and D and set across three floors, the state-of-the-art lounges in Terminal A have everything you need to make sure you’re rested and ready for the journey ahead. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, enjoy a choice of dining options, relaxation and entertainment spaces, stunning Constellation Bar in the enclosed roof lounge and plenty more.

For extra ease and speed, you can even board some flights directly from the lounge. Just speak with our team in the lounge to find out more.

If you’re not eligible to use our lounges for free, you can pay to use our First or Business lounges in Abu Dhabi at etihad.com/manage.

First Lounge

A lounge within a lounge, the First Lounge is a private sanctuary that offers an exclusive pre-flight experience. 

Private suites: Relax, dine or work in a private suite with ensuite shower (complimentary for guests of The Residence and available to book for other First Lounge guests)

• Dedicated reception lobby and private elevator access
• Dining room: A truly elevated dining experience with international cuisine and fine wines
• The Parlour: Indulge in a decadent selection of chocolates, pastries and afternoon tea in an elegant setting

Business Lounge

Pick from a choice of dining experiences, unwind in tranquil relaxation areas, catch up on work or have fun in our interactive Games Room.

• Liwan Global Dining: All-day dining restaurant with live cooking stations serving local and international cuisine
• Roof Lounge and Constellation Bar: Spanning the whole top floor of the lounge, sip cocktails or enjoy an international buffet at select times
• Showers: Refresh in one of the 18 beautifully appointed shower suites
• Games Room: Play table football, air hockey or digital games
• Family Room: Keep the little ones busy in this dedicated multi sensorial space

Flying that feels good

• Pick from a menu of indulgent treatments and holistic spa experiences in the Be Relax Spa, located next to the Etihad Airways Business and First Lounges at Zayed International Airport, Abu Dhabi.
• If you’re travelling in The Residence or First, or you’re a Platinum Etihad Guest member, you’ll receive a complimentary treatment. Just speak to the team in the First lounge on the day and let them take care of the rest.
• For all other guests, book up to 24 hours in advance or on the day you fly. All treatments are subject to availability.

U.S. Preclearance Lounge

Conveniently located just steps away from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Preclearance facility, the U.S. Preclearance Lounge at Zayed International Airport is a simple, calm and cosy space. Grab a drink, choose from a selection of light bites, and unwind as you wait to board your flight to the U.S. You can even board straight from the lounge on some flights.  

You’re invited to use the lounge if you’re: 

• Travelling on an Etihad Airways flight in The Residence, First or Business 
• A Platinum Etihad Guest member (plus one accompanying guest) 
• An Emerald Etihad Guest member (plus two accompanying guests) 

Paid access cannot be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

Etihad Chauffeur

Booked our chauffeur service? Simply collect your bags then head left and follow the signs for Etihad Chauffeur. It’s located close to baggage reclaim, so you won’t need to pass through customs, and your driver will be waiting for you.

When you’re there, you’ll have a chance to refresh before the next part of your journey.

• Enjoy light refreshments and hot or cold drinks 
• Grab a takeaway snack from our self-service station 
• Meet your pre-booked Etihad Chauffeur 
• When you’re ready, your Etihad Chauffeur will drive you to your destination

And Gold members are also invited to use our dedicated Business check-in area, with a separate drop off entrance and immigration lane.
