Jeddah, Bahrain and Dubai continue to have big hotel names establising roots. Here’s this week’s dish on hotel openings in the region.

Marriott to debut Autograph Collection in Jeddah

The B Hotel, an Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriot, is the company’s latest addition to its expanding footprint in the Middle East.

To be located within Jeddah’s emerging waterfront destination, South Obhur, The B Hotel is set to feature 100 guestrooms including more than 40 suites, where designs will blend the rich cultural heritage of Saudi Arabia with contemporary elegance. Guests would also be able to enjoy multiple dining options, a fitness centre, a swimming pool, kids club, and event spaces.

Currently, Marriot’s Autograph Collection features more than 295 hotels globally, with a property in Qatar and five in Dubai.

Conrad Hotels & Resorts opens in Bahrain

The Conrad Bahrain Financial Harbour has opened in downtown Manama, signifying the debut of the Hilton’s global luxury hotel brand, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, in Bahrain.

Featuring 98 designer rooms including one, two and three-bedroom residential suites, as well as four-bedroom penthouses with private outdoor swimming pools, each apartment boasts floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of the city skyline. Hotel facilities include a rooftop infinity pool, 24-hour fitness centre, saunas and steam rooms. For that added convenience, because every guest deserves it, a dedicated Conrad concierge will also be assigned to each guest.

Marriot Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio Debuts in the UAE

Marriot is the brand that keeps on giving, with its latest opening, The First Collection, in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle neighbourhood. Part of its Tribute Portfolio, the hotel’s vibe reflects the vibrant Dubai city life and that of a tranquil beach retreat.

Featuring 491 guestrooms, 26 boutique suites with private plunge pool and terraces, guests will enjoy facilities including a fitness centre pool, business centres, complimentary shuttles to the Mall of Emirates and Dubai Mall; as well as access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah, the Rayya Wellness Spa and multiple dining experiences.
