At nearly 150,000 sq ft and capable of processing up to 10,000 applications a day, the state-of-the-art facility sets a new standard for scale, service, and innovation in the travel and immigration services industry.

From biometric-enabled kiosks to airport-style navigation, the centre is designed for efficiency and inclusivity. With more than 400 multilingual staff members from more than 25 countries and Premium Lounge offerings, including chauffeur-driven, end-to-end Platinum services, the centre reimagines the visa process as a seamless, customer-first experience.
The centre combines cutting-edge technology with service including features like:
- Self-service kiosks, secure lockers, and QR-code-based check-ins

With over 200 submission counters, including 79 Premium Lounge desks, the experience is designed to be fast, friendly, and flexible.
