Marketing Communications Manager – OSUS

Job Summary:

Leads and manages Marketing Communications, social media, Influencer Marketing, and Creative functions within OSUS. The role oversees all corporate and project communication strategies, campaigns, and content development to strengthen OSUS’s brand positioning and support business and sales objectives.

Responsibilities are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication plans for corporate and project brands.
  • Manage the social media Team in planning, publishing, and optimizing content across all platforms.
  • Supervise the Influencer Marketing Team to plan and execute influencer collaborations that align with campaign objectives and brand tone.
  • Lead the Creative Unit in producing campaign visuals, videos, key visuals, and content for marketing and corporate use.
  • Oversee all advertising campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital), including creative concepting, messaging, and production.
  • Manage brand storytelling and content creation in both Arabic and English for brochures, videos, websites, and corporate materials.
  • Align communications across PR, Events, Digital, and Project Marketing teams to maintain unified messaging.
  • Draft and review communications for corporate use: announcements, messages, scripts, speeches, talking points, and internal memos when needed.
  • Support the management with communication material for conferences, panels, and media appearances.
  • Manage the social media Team in planning, publishing, and optimizing content across all platforms.
  • Track and report campaign performance, budgets, and ROI.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the line manager within the scope of work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a people-management or team-lead role (real estate/development preferred).
  • Strong Arabic & English communication skills (written and verbal), with excellent copywriting and editing ability.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing, PR, brand management, digital performance marketing, SEO/SEM and analytics.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and marketing/analytics tools; strong planning, stakeholder management and project management skills.
