Imagine waking up surrounded by the Arabian Gulf’s vibrant marine life and coral gardens, all from the comfort of your underwater living space. This is the reality as the Kleindienst Group is expanding its β€˜Heart of Europe’ floating properties and has announced 63, 4,004 sq ft Seahorse villas to be built in the RAK free zone to accompany the 70 on Dubai’s coast.

The opulent three-storey homes will bob around in the sea, providing one underwater level, an external deck, and luxury furniture. Chairman of Kleindienst Group, Josef Kleindienst, shared that, β€œThere will be a coral garden attached on two sides of each unit,” he says. β€œImagine your balcony in an apartment or villa, but you have corals and fish instead of flowers.”

The price for the Ras Al Khaimah Seahorses has yet to be announced, but Dubai’s original Seahorses cost Dh88 million.

This is not the only new project from the Kleindienst Group. The floating hotel resort β€œFloating Venice” is due to hit the water in 2027. The main differentiating feature will be the two underwater levels and walkways compared to the Seahorse’s singular underwater level.

We don’t know about you, but this could be the best Airbnb option ever!
