Mandarin Oriental has once again been crowned the world’s leading luxury hotel brand for the second consecutive year by Luxury Travel Intelligence (LTI).
LTIβs data-rich analysis revealed that the brand continues to dominate the global luxury hospitality scene through its exceptional commitment to quality, property investment, and consistency in surpassing guest expectations.
For the past year, LTI’s team of experts meticulously evaluated more than 130 factors across various aspects of luxury hospitality, including assion, ethos, management quality, staff excellence, investment in new properties, and renovations. By assigning weighted scores to each factor, LTI was able to provide a comprehensive assessment of each brand’s performance and reputation.

This year, LTI adjusted its ranking criteria, increasing the number of top brands from 12 to 15; and lowering the minimum property requirement to eight. This change allowed Bvlgari, first time entrant and rising star in the luxury hotel industry, to secure a spot on the list. Two other new comers to the list are COMO and the Dorchester Collection.
